Privacy policy - Located in Saitama city, Suburbs of Tokyo.

In our school, as a Japanese educational institution, believes that protecting the personal information is to gain the trust of students and society. Therefore, we endeavor all of our faculty and staffs to understand the privacy policy and comply with it. In this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as ”this policy”), we explain utilize of the personal information regarding applicants who wish to enroll at our school, students, graduates and their guarantors, financial supporters, family members and supporters of host families.

１, Definition of the personal information

The term ”personal information” shall mean information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth or other description contained in such information (including such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individuals)

２, Intendend Use of Personal Date

We intended to use personal date of inquiries, applications for enrollment and other individuals for achieving the following purposes of use;

1. 1.To contact or reply for various inquiries 
   2.Information on seminars, campaigns,events, etc.
   3.Cause analysis and marketing for improving services
   4.Admission Procedure 
   5.Producers for entry into Japan and staying 
   6.Insurance enrollment procedure, intermediary to cooperative association and accident response
   7.Health checkup, extracurricular activities arrangement
   8.Accommodation for student dormitories, homestay and others, management of dormitory dormitories. 
   9.Support for student life (mobile phone contract support,part-time job introduction etc.)
   10.Consultation on attendance/grades/life in japan with guarantor, expenses payer, relatives in japan etc.
   11.Lesson management, enrollment/grades management
   12.Procedures of applying for scholarships, intermediary and reporting to the granting institution 
   13.Provision of information on entering university and employment 
   14.Information management regarding completion and career after graduation.Sending various invitations after graduation.  
   15.Issuance of Student ID card and various certificates.
   16.Tution information management,account information management. 
   17.Book usage information management

In case we use the personal information for purposes other than the above, we gain permission on each occasion before using the information.

３, Range of personal Information collected 

We keep to customer’s personal information collected to the minimum only for the purpose of achievement of our purpose.

４, Disclosure to third parties

YONO-GAKUIN Japanese language school does not disclose customers’ personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

1.Case in which the provision of personal data is based on laws and regulations.
2.Case in which the provision of personal data is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
3.Case in which the  provision of personal data is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
4.Case in which the  provision of personal data is necessary for cooperating with a state organ, a local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of the person are likely to impede the execution of the affairs. 
5.Case in which a person has given a prior consent to disclosure.
6.In the conduct of Subcontracting, cases in which the provision of personal date is necessary for te disclosure to partner companies at the minimum necessary. In this case, we instruct paetner companies to protect this policy as well. 
7.Case in which a notice to provides the personal information as given to the third parties in prior.

５,Management of personal information

Against unauthorized access to personal information, loss,falsification and leakage of personal information, we take measures and prevent our system and Organizational aspect and perform appropriate management. In case any accident have occured, we conceive actions prompty.
